What Jumppz is

Jumppz is a business-growth application built and operated by Qualserv Enterprises Inc, which operates TPFS Warehouse. It drafts and schedules marketing content, monitors business websites and feeds, and analyzes advertising performance.

Only our own team logs in to Jumppz. We use it to market our own portfolio of businesses, and we manage Google Ads for clients as a service — our team makes every change by hand, inside the client's own Google Ads account. Clients (currently including East Coast Warehouse) hold no Jumppz accounts and do not log in; there is no self-serve signup. Jumppz is not an ad network and does not serve ads.

Data from Google APIs

When a Google Ads account is connected to Jumppz — by our team, for an account managed under our own manager account — Jumppz uses the official Google Ads API with read-only behavior (described in more detail at /google-ads-api) to retrieve advertising performance data for that account: campaign names and statuses, search-term reports, and performance metrics (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions). Jumppz uses this data solely to review that account's own performance and to generate cost-saving recommendations that a human reviews. Jumppz never makes changes to a Google Ads account; every change is made by the account's own operators inside Google Ads.

Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are used only to make these API calls. Jumppz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other data we process

For each business we run in Jumppz: the business profile our team writes (services, brand voice, service area), content drafts and publishing history, engagement metrics returned by connected social platforms, and website/feed content we configure it to monitor. Sign-in for our team members uses an email address and a one-time code; we do not store passwords.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell or rent any data. Ever.
  • We do not share one business's data with another business.
  • We do not use Google API data for advertising targeting or model training.
  • We do not make changes to connected Google Ads accounts.

Service providers

Data is processed on infrastructure we use to run the product: Netlify (hosting), Neon (database), Amazon S3 (media storage), Resend (transactional email), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) that process business-authored content and advertising terms to generate drafts and classifications. Each receives only what the feature requires.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while a business's account is active. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored credentials; deleting a business deletes its data. To request deletion or ask anything about this policy, contact kenpuhl@tpfswarehouse.com.

If our practices change, this page changes first, with a new effective date.
